I found the bolts at Lowes, grinded the bolt head down to round so it fit in the butt (no pun intended), and used a rubber washer to protect the wood (pun intended). Works great and fits in nice and tight (pun intended).

Haha.. well I think his commentary wasn't quite spot on, but you can definitely see the ball not rolling true and running fast/slow in some shots. I watched the entire match and paid special attention to the cue ball after this comment from Ken

From what I read somewhere, the head has a bevel so shouldn't it be a specific type? I should probably look into the butt and see what it looks like.
