A perfectly timed strike that hits the back of the pocket sounds different than most of my shots.
But if you hit it it that pure, it's a technique to try to make the next shot sound as good.

Don't do this but some twisted dude indirectly did it for me.. bought a pawnshop cue/case and the long pocket was completely filled with slightly used Master's. 😏
