Thanks guys, will just put a new tip on the cue and go from there. The weight is the same as my regular cue, but I am also not a heavy hitter so I figured more weight would get more power to the cue ball.

I have a lucasi LZ2004NB cue that I no longer use, think it would be wise to increase the weight and buy a new shaft & tip or just sell it and buy a jump & break cue?

Absolutely. Its how you keep score. I keep a mental note of every ball I make, if I go on a small run or a big run so that I can gauge my performance that day/night.

Most of the tournaments I went to when I first started playing was played during the week and it would be extremely late when the last matches was played. If both people agreed the pot would be split and a coin flip would decide winner. I did this multiple times if the opponate wanted to.

With high runs in the 100's, if you had to average your other runs, what would they be?

I keep notes of how many I run at a time and work on improving my averages. Running 60 once is impressive but running a constant 20 is much more impressive imho. (60 and 20 are just numbers I put in place)

Me personally, I dont mind if someone wanted to wear ear plugs or even head phones. Music can help people stay focused and be energized.

I agree with this!

Besides house cues, I have only ever shot with 3-4 other cues. Muecci, Schon and Lucasi. I currently play with the Lucasi, but the Schon was the best I have ever used. It felt smoother and more balanced.

I like lighter cues, 18oz.
