It's possible to spend less than $100 for the day if you don't get any rental protections/coverages. The convenience is worth the price, personally. This is a simpler solution than some 3-step itinerary involving buses/trains.

Thanks so much for all the feedback! Settled on just renting a car at PHL to drive and drop off at ACY and Uber/Lyft to the casino, and I'll do the same on the way back to PHL on Sunday. I can get around town during the week with Uber/Lyft easy enough. Looking forward to my first US Open experience!

8ball is a call-shot game. Slopping in the 8ball off the break would go against the entire philosophy of the game. In 9ball it's part of the game (although stipulations on making it in the bottom two pockets do exist at times), but in 8ball and 10ball, I don't believe it has a place.

Stream has been stuttering for me. Hasn't been a good streaming experience for me thus far this tournament. I hope they know about the issues they're having. Would nice to have some kind of communication with CSI about this.

For the record, we only play on Valley tables as there are no Diamond tables in our town, so I'm well aware of the Valley table's shortcomings and how they play overall. Is there anything to be done in regards to the team? Should we be practicing together as much as possible to help each other...

Did the referee botch that illegal break ruling on Jeremy at 9-8? Jeremy seemed very adamant the break was legal.

Like I said, saw Alex break very hard, make two balls, and have to give up the table to Albin. Change the rule to go by the side pockets instead of the head string, and it's much better IMO

How many times did the dumb break rules bite Alex? I saw one where he made two and have to give the table up for Albin to run out, score was like 8-4 or something like that.
