it’s just a matter of boring the insert out to the right size and depth. Then run a 5/16-14 tap back through it. I can’t remember the exact size to bore to anymore though.

My point was, as far as the car analogy goes, there are huge differences in what a Sentra is capable of and what a z/28 is capable of. There are things that a Sentra cannot do that a z/28 can do. Out of alll the playing cues I’ve ever owned, there hasn’t been one that did something the other...

Nice try. Pool cues aren’t cars. There aren’t any shots your pool cue can make, that someone playing with a wallabushka can’t. Not one.

If you can find a 5/16-14 jointed shaft that has the same size joint, it can be easily modified to fit a pechauer. Any competent cue repair man can accomplish it.

I’ve bought a few pechauers under $400. All worth playing with too

It’s rosewood and koa. I really like the way it looks.

My sugartree is my favorite cue and the one I use the most. It took awhile for me to get used to it, but now my other cues rarely even cross my mind.

I would see what tips are popular in your area. You can’t go wrong with any suggestions above though.

The only time I had one break, I was breaking with a closed bridge. Luckily it was a cheap cue I won in a raffle.

If a cue has high deflection, it has high deflection. The tip isn’t going to make a noticeable difference. It’s all about the weight in the front of the shaft. Those posts make no mention of that. Dont tell me to leave it alone. I’ll do what I feel and I’ll let the powers that be decide what...
