The ferrules are not push on, definitely replacing them.

Thanks everyone for the replies and advice. I will take it all in and make sure get it done right. The joint is tight and there are no unusual buzzing or vibrations. There is some separation between the ferrules and the shafts. Probably a mm or so, definitely needs replacing.

Pawn shop find,part 2 I was trying to add a pic to post but I'm having trouble sizing jpeg. I paid less than $50.00 for the butt and two shafts. The original bumper is in good shape.

Just found a McDermott C15 with two shafts. Butt needs rewrapping and a butt plate. Shafts need ferrules and tips plus resurfacing. Is this a worthwhile project?

I recently found this Lucasi cue in a pawn shop. It appeared to be a LZD-1. I'm asking myself is this cue odd? It has checkered rings, triple silver rings seemed to be standard. Is this odd or just another custom feature?

Thanks for the replies to my question. I've never shot a game with this EF-19. I've hit a cue ball with it maybe 5-10 times. It's only been chalked once. I think I'll keep her.

Can any one identify this old two piece cue.

I recently purchased a cue in the pawn shop and would like help identifying it. It says Lucasi on the butt and there is the number 808 on the opposite side of the butt. I was thinking that it was a LZD1 can anyone with identifying this cue?
