Learning your opponent and adjusting your game like you would throughout a race IS my whole strategy. It's nothing like playing 5 games with the same guy IMO. We also don't play continuously.. you end up waiting at least 15 minutes between each game. I'm still having fun...so whatever.

They have ruined me on custom cues. I just noticed they are selling a carbon fiber shaft for $340. To be honest, Schmelke is the reason I gave up carbon fiber. If you're into a 3/8 pin and a wood to wood hit... there is no better cue. Not to mention they are almost free. If I ever go pro...

I thought Meucci cues were relatively thin, and have a thinner collar size. I bought the Skylar Woodward bar box cue and it was PHAT. I had to get rid of it because I wasn't use to that kind of girth in my hand.... if you know what I mean

Corona has made it more acceptable to be super casual just about anywhere. When you spend that kind of time in a pool hall practicing, you probably feel slightly uncomfortable in even a polo. I don't think dress code is a major factor in keeping pool down at the moment.

If you are anything close to a "strong player" that wants to progress and push your game, then you're probably at the end of your rope with team APA. It's for beer, friends and fun... and ultimately frustrating for competitive pool past a certain level. If two 6's downright suck in my area...
