    Gloves

I've been using the longoni sultan 2.0 for a quite a few years now. They last much longer than any others I've tried way back to the sir Joseph's. Still, $40 is ouch even if I can get 3 years out of them. (Edit: I just checked my Amazon account... My current one was ordered 11/2021, but its time...

    Rubber Rack

I'd think you'd want the friction to be near the same as the cloth, or weird stuff is going to happen when you shoot over it with spin...

3D Printed Taom square chalk holder

If bambu's slicer has a fuzzy skin setting, try that first. If not, make it out of TPU.

3D Printed Taom square chalk holder

Could print a spacer to go under the chalk... We really need a retracting design if we're going properly overboard.

    Bad Cue Porn

There's a reddit sub for "awful taste, but great execution"... that brings to mind a cue the infamous deanoc had made by PFD that he showed me. It had the most glorious inlays... of mickey mouse with a word bubble that said "show me the cheese".

STROKE TIMING … A Complete MythBusting Study of Stroke Acceleration Effects

When you shoot irons (mainly talking pistol here), you're supposed to be focused on the front sight post... and in that community they argue back and forth on that vs target, just like we do here. So the analogy isn't a good one to prove any kind of point.

STROKE TIMING … A Complete MythBusting Study of Stroke Acceleration Effects

Its dumb, but I'm naturally an OBL guy, and I found CBL helps me on pressure shots. So yeah, I change what I'm doing when things matter more... not something anyone is going to recommend.

STROKE TIMING … A Complete MythBusting Study of Stroke Acceleration Effects

If not lucky, it probably made one material "feel" better than others along the way. I would think length has to do with the size of people, so more likely material was varied. Your description now has me wondering about the wavelength as well.

STROKE TIMING … A Complete MythBusting Study of Stroke Acceleration Effects

How far up a shaft does the impact shock wave travel before the ball has left the tip?

Off topic, but did you ever cover differences looking at OB vs CB during final stroke?

    Rhino CF shafts....159bux, free ship

Anyone have any cuemaker recommendations in the DFW area that could cut the 5/16-14 pilot off of one of these? I used to have Steve Klein do this kind of thing for me be he's retired now.

    Rhino CF shafts....159bux, free ship

It does? That's awesome, so it only measures like 29.5" to the end of the white plate?

    Side Pocket Blockers

Yeah, what I'm envisioning is a complete set of cushions, that sits in front of the cushions on the pool table. This would make it play consistent, and then you could also raise the nose height to match the larger 3c balls. Storing it would be a pain, though. But it would be usable at least. So...

    Side Pocket Blockers

What about carom conversion? Like a cushion set that sits inside the existing ones that blocks all the pockets. you'd lose a couple inches of play surface, but gain a carom table.

    Waste of money pool items

pffft. Sandpaper is too fancy for me. I just use the ground between the floor tiles. Or just go outside and rub it on the sidewalk.
