    Vintage Gambler Cue for Identification

I'm not sure what it is, but just based on the execution you have to ask yourself is this something you want in your collection? Would you want to pay $650 for this?

Training to play in more than one pocket

Since hitting "true" center is very tough, do you tend to gravitate toward a "touch" of inside, or outside center. For me, "inside".

Training to play in more than one pocket

It really doesn't look that thin to me? No way the cue ball will go wild unless you overhit it.

Training to play in more than one pocket

Yep, too easy. It's almost a straight in shot.

Training to play in more than one pocket

I'm really confused. This layout is stealing whether your solids or stripes. What am I not understanding? There are plenty of options with no chance of scratching. You can cut this into the side with almost any english and not scratch if your speed is correct. Corner pocket option looks easy as...

    Cue Design: Unpopular opinion?

I was referring more to his 80s/old school designs. Those were incredibly popular and original!

    Cue Design: Unpopular opinion?

They really need to hire Bob just to design some new cues in a more traditional "Bob" style. That could be interesting.

    best shaft for ball pocketing/accuracy?

No such thing as a point and shoot shaft. It's 99% technique, and knowledge.

Johnny loses his mind on livestream

I have one story about "young" man strength. This thread made me think about it and I don't know why. This is an old memory, but I'll try to be as accurate as possible. In my Junior year of high school I sat next to a kid named Jonathan in my math class (may have been Geometry, or Algebra II)...

What beginner pool tip do you wish you learned sooner?

I've seen some that look like they're holding it tight...but it's loose as a goose. Even Buddy. He had that big mitt over it and it looked tight, but i think you could have pulled it right out of his hand. I know for me, when I transitioned to a super loose grip I had way more feel and accuracy.

What beginner pool tip do you wish you learned sooner?

Loose grip. I went from baseball to pool, and wanted to give it a death grip.

Jasmin Ouschan figuring out her dad's old full deflection Meucci

I think it has low enough deflection although you can still turn the ball like higher deflection (if that makes sense)...and the taper, feedback, and tip combination are great.

Jasmin Ouschan figuring out her dad's old full deflection Meucci

I concur. Their current PRO shaft plays/feels amazing.

    Still Can't See These

Judging by the image from straightline, even with a miniscule angle, it's still center-to-center aim. If you aren't confident in your alignment, you need an instructor to teach you.

Jasmin Ouschan figuring out her dad's old full deflection Meucci

Yes, I remember Ralf Souquet playing (very well I might add) with a Meucci Crown Jewels cue!

Yeah, they played good! Bob was a genius.
