9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

I am not even talking about the D player playing an A player. I am talking about when I am the D player and The A player blast the balls constantly because I play so bad I missed my shot and hooked them accidently. The A player I am talking about could run racks if given a shot, but they use...

9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

there is a difference in kicking a planned kick shot and firing away an ricocheting ball off 3 rails and kiss off 4 random balls. I wasn't talking about a planned outcome. What I was talking about is a strategy where you hit em hard and hope something goes in. IMO this is not the pool I...

9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

Jump shots are not allowed and most of the time it is not even a 1 rail. He just blast into a cluster and hope something goes two or three rails, and goes in. I tried it just blasting balls on these tables and I won that way, but it did not help my game and did not make me a better pool player.

9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

It is non-handicapped on player level, handicapped on team level. Every play on one team plays every player on the other team to 10 points. 9 ball counts 2 points. First one to 10 wins. Unfortunately the player that wins MVP is a guy that shots every shot hard. On the last match I played...

9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

I agree, that is why it frustrates me when I play a good safe and someone kicks the ball with as much speed as they can just trying to luck something in. I have lost way to many matches this way in 9 ball.

9 Ball Hitting Hard and Hoping as a Strategy

I play in a BCA 9 Ball league where in BCA slop counts. I have always tried to play safeties, make a good hit, shoot my ball and play position. But the table I play on are Valley Bar tables with huge pockets. Several 600 level Fargo players have now started just knocking the hell out of the...

    USAPL Team Requirements for Nationals

I have a question about USAPL Team Requirements for Nationals. Original Player An "original player" was previously defined as someone who has played at least (8) weeks with the team in the spring session. That definition is now changed to someone who has played at least (8) weeks with the team...

    Green Fee For League?

Reasonable fees are fine, but when you play 5 games for $5 that is too expensive.

    Which carbon shaft

I have had a Revo for 2 years and personally think the best quality of any carbon fiber shaft is that is don't get dings in the shaft. If you play in bars people will knock your stick over if you lean it against something. I have found the Revo to be really tough. To be honest though, I play...

    Outsville Order of Tecno-Dud.

I actually figured since I ordered it Monday with two day shipping I would have it on Wednesday evening. Since it did not come, I check the status and it showed that the tracking number was issued, but not picked up. So I enquired about it early Thursday Morning. So I was trying to be...

    Outsville Order of Tecno-Dud.

My client knew I did not have it and I told him that I would try to expedite the shipping because Outsville advertised and sold me two day shipping. My client was aware that I did not have it and we were going to depend on Outsville to ship as advertised. That did not happen. Yes it is...

    Outsville Order of Tecno-Dud.

Love your chalk. I agree with what you said... Like I said, I report my good and bad experience when ordering online. If I get the tips, I will report that as well. My biggest issue with this was I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. I did not expect to pay $12 to get a tip mailed to me a...

    Outsville Order of Tecno-Dud.

Yes I did many moons ago. I had the first internet site on the internet related to GOLD called Tom Ashworth Prospectors Cache. I sold that to Armadillo Mining Company in 2001. I got the domain name tomashworth.com back in 2014 because they quit running a forum. Yes I know this isn't about...
