To fix the racking game there is only one quick fix... all balls especially in 9-ball get racked in the same position every time... then the cue ball gets spotted on the target spot on kitchen end... everyone has to break from that spot!!! That is the ONLY way to fix breaking even for all...

The point is... everyone is responsible for their own actions... if a player wants to play for money, drink too much, get out of hand at a public place then they should also not be left off the hook... too bad that it was video taped... but when it started to get out of hand... why didn't one of...
