Cue Mill is 1.24 and Cue Lathe is 1.23 on my system. I think that was the last update.

If you are going to make cored cues, there is no good substitute for a good gun drill. I have several sizes depending on what I'm looking to accomplish with the core.

A drive center in the chuck and a live center in the tailstock is generally the way it's done. The offset amount is not as big as you envision, so no mach Jesus.

You could try heating the ring with a heat gun to soften the super glue bond enough to remove and re-seat the ring. But be careful and do it in a very well ventilated space as this can gas out cyanide gas from the glue. If that doesn't work the ring needs to be cut off and replaced. Simple task...
