Up for sale is a vintage, 2 x 4, JEFQ case, beautiful and soft leather, pockets are supple. Tooled "T.M.O" on the back. It is about as discreet as one of the personalized cases can get, really not very noticeable. It is a 30 - 35 year old case, and has obviously been used some, but certainly not abused.
- Pockets show some wear in the corners, especially at the bottom.
- Half inch tear at handle, where it connects to body, stops at first rivet, wont move.
- Bottom of case shows the common 'wrinkle' these develop.
- Shoulder strap is 'set' in position, as the leather has cracked.
- Some bumps and bruises with just a touch of corrosion on the feet.
All that being said, this case looks and feels great. Zippers and snaps all function. You would be hard pressed to find one of these in this nice of condition, with such little use on it. You could match it with a nice old Scruggs and carry it into the room, or keep it at home, as it makes for a nice display piece.
