Unknown Custom Cue - Early KF Mark?

Hi everyone. New to this forum and any billiard forum for that matter. Intermediate player but very newb in many areas, especially custom cues.

I purchased this yesterday and all I've been told from the previous owner is that it's custom, bought on Ebay 15 years ago but the cue may be older. It is tiger stripe maple, 5 points in bacote, mother of pearl and ivorine inlays. Blue inlays are unknown. Ivorine died blue maybe. Matching butt. Unknown makers mark. Has two shafts, one 29" and the other 30".

The makers mark resembles KF (Kaofa) but is not identical, obviously. It is beautiful but the finish is not in pristine shape.

Anyone know this maker? Known for good quality? Any other thoughts?

Floating points and blue inlays are, for the most part, losers when it comes to custom cues.

Dang, the blue color was my favorite part. I searched everywhere for other cues with this mark but couldn't find anything like it except the KF mark. Is that common? Maybe an amateur cue maker that didn't stick with it?

I have no idea, but I am going to assume that it is an Asian import. Maybe from the Philippines.

It will probably not help, but post a picture of the joint pin?

Who ever made it, the craftmanship is of poor quality. Lop sided, and uneven inlays. Just does not look like a good quality cue, in my opinion.
