Fred, yes it is... they thank the Charlotte Room in the credits. Unfortunately they didn't notify Gideon or me as to when the photo shoot would be taking place...

Icon... not to knock the pro ladies, but I don't think I want a calender showing the top pros in swimsuits... I like this calender... drawing from the amateur ranks... some hotties in there! I also like the whole Billiard Girls concept... it is about time someone got more girls into the sport. I am tired of showing those Tomboys how to shoot!!

I hate to say it, but it looks like they just grabbed some models and told them to sit here, hold this, look like this.

And why grab amatuers??? I mean who can say they have ever seen any of these girls play or know who they are???

And I would rather see Jennifer Barretta and Sarah Rousey, or some of the PRO's who already are on the tour.

Dave,

If I'm not misstaken these are all ladies from around the Ontario, Canada area that other play pool in a league or work in a billiard establishment. This was a posted poster, by that I mean the ladies sent there photo's in and the calendar was made up that way.

I have a feeling that it was initally ment to be a local (Ontario) calendar and now has been offered to the AZ'ers.

In my opion I think it looks great.

I would like to thank everyone for their great comments about our first annual calendar. The response has been overwhelming from players and billiard retail stores.

It was shot in Toronto with local girls who work or play in the billiard industry. We will be opening our contest up for our 2007 calendar to include entrants from across the US and Canada!

We hope you enjoy it!

I thought the same thing about the photography and all, too. I don't mind the using of amateurs, though. I don't know about seeing the pros like that posing for a sexy calendar... male or female! lol
