Is it normal for a Revo shaft to leave black stains on my bridge hand?

I’ve had it for just over a month and I’ve cleaned it several times with the wipes that came with it, but it keeps leaving black deposits on my hand. It’s kinda weird because I can play with it for a little while and it leaves no trace at all, or it leaves a very light trace, and then the next moment I’ll notice a solid black streak on my fingers where the cue slides on. Is this totally normal or is it some type of defect?

I've had Revo & Ignite shafts do that when new but not after a couple weeks of play and two cleanings with the furnished alcohol wipes.

ETA : I do wipe mine with my shirt before putting them back in the case though.
