Doesn't matter. Shooter wins.
It depends.
If it's a Tuesday, then you win. If it's Friday, he wins. On Wednesday's it's a push, and you both start the game over the following Saturday, unless of course it's a leap year, in which case the match is postponed until the beginning of Summer.
It really won't matter much since the Mayan calender ends next week, anyway.

It is like I am shooting the 8 ball (playing 8 ball) near the side pocket, my opponent's last object ball is next to the 8 and I cut the 8 to the corner and knock his ball into the side before the 8 drops. What the heck does it matter? It's not like "tie goes to the runner" or any crap like that.
It was his shot, he made a legal shot, he won the frickin game. If you wanna win the game, you shoulda kept the table.
