10-Ball Ring Game Rules?

What are the rules to this game?

I know:

No safeties allowed

Foul - Cue Ball behind head string - next player have choice to shoot or pass to previous player?

Foul and made ball - Cue Ball behind head string, respot object ball on spot - next player have choice to shoot or pass to previous?

Lucky safe? - Do you take the cue ball and but it behind head string and go from there?

Someone help! Thanks.

ok...........

in a ring game there is no ball in hand! if a player makes a bad hit, the incoming player has the option to take the given leave or pass it back to the shooter that fouled! if the shooter scratchs the incoming player gets ball in hand behind the head staring! if he lowest numberd ball on the table is in the kitchen it is spoted and a spotshot is his shot! if the spot is coverd and the lowest numberd ball is in the kitchen then the incoming player might pass it back becouse he wouldnt have a clean shot! there are no safties or jump cues either! :D
