AKA GARY NOLAN

once came to Dallas Rustys and gave me the nuts,
before the dust had cleared two things happened
1. he outran the nuts
2.we became friends

Nick Serdula had "The Bushwacker Cue" and gave it to me

It is Gary's personal Schon,a five pointer with veneers and
a white shape inlay with "BUSHWACKER" written

the cue has 3 shafts,,that Gary played with

I know Evan made it for the Bushwacker and I always thought
that when he or any other cue maker made cues for famous
players that the cues were better. Some way or another.

I felt that the cuemaker took time, paid more attention to detail
,picked good wood.Who knows what?

Whether or not it's true, this particular Schon plays extremely good.
2 of the shafts may have been made by Scruggs or Mottey or another one of
Gary's close friends. either way who cares if Gary liked them they must play good

At any rate I am selling the cue for $1100,half goes to Nick Serdula
who gave it to me ,he said to throw him a bone if I sold it

Nck is a good guy and knows I don't keep anything long.

In sunmmary, you get a piece of pool history,a collectible for $1100
You get a Schon that plays great (it feels just a bit thicker in the handle ,
Great players cues often are just a bit fuller aren't they ?

You get bragging rights,at one time the cue ran racks and racks,
this cue beat players you only hear about,if you don't win with this
baby and you have only yourself to blame.Or you could just show off.

All you need to say is,how do I pay?

It really is as simple as that

PS If you don't hurry, the next time you see this cue will be
when you seeit in the Glenn Collection Hall of Fame

I donate these things when Denny comes over but I haven't seen him lately
,but I will give you a chance first,I can always use the money

If Gary played with it, then it was definitely a player.
I bought a Scruggs Big Pin Ivory jointed cue from him maybe 5 years ago.... It's still the best playing cue I've ever hit. He sure had some nice cues over the years.

Good luck with the sale. I hope someone gets it.
