That's all I'm hearing and it makes sense. More Grip because of softer leather.



Are you hearing that a soft tip makes for less deflection or are you hearing that a soft tip makes draw, follow and spin easier with a LD shaft? The softest tip I’ve played with, since owning an LD shaft, is a Moori medium. Currently playing a LePro and love it. However, I’m open to trying a soft tip, if it makes everything else easier!

Assuming you can believe the hype, click on the pictures of the different tips in this link. The "softer" tips are claimed to have "less deflection" than their "harder" tips.

I'm sure some pool scientist will come along and say this isn't true, but I don't put much stock in pool scientists on here.
