R Black cue

I sold one of those in Grand Forks, ND in about 1988 or so. Where did this one come from?
The one I had was made in 1981, I think. I had a 4-Point made for me by Richard in 1978 and I wanted another one of his cues, so I ordered the Casino model and had it shipped to me in the Philippines. Then it went with me to Japan and ND. I sold it to a guy that was on my team in the league and I think his name was John.
