Update the dang brackets for the open

Go to each page and then hit the "refresh", they should be ok.
I think he is referring to the brackets on usopen.azbilliards.com.
We are having some strange permissions errors on Jerry's computer when he tries to update them. I have to update them on my machine or on the ipad.
