UPDATE: from the initial post the shaft is not as bad, still rolls off but is much better. There are zero issues with the way this cue plays

Butt - 15.85 ounce / smooth black leather wrap
Shaft - 3.55 ounce 12.25 mm
The shaft is not straight by any means. The butt rolls just fine but the shaft is way off. It’s not a train wreck but it’s highly visible when rolled by itself or screwed together. I played with it on my home diamond with zero issues and if someone spent some time on the shaft I believe you could get most of the warp out. I’ve seen worse. The butt has some nicks and dings and overall the cue shows wear and play, but it’s still a player. You cant buy a good 6 point spliced butt for this price, let alone a playable cue.
