Howdy all..

I picked up my GCI/II today, still debating. Chrome trim and ball box plus ashtray pockets all tell me GC1. But, no figure 8 on the rails.

I've added some pics. Have these rails been re-done, or could this be a GCII or some kind of hybrid?

Thoughts?

it is 100% a GC1.
They stopped the figure 8 nutplates in the GC1 production nd switched to floating nut plates in the rails. they also added the leveling feet.

GC2 has bronze feet and bronze ball storage box trim. They made very few, the 2 was the shortest run of all of them.
