I paid with paypal and haven't been upgraded to gold status yet.... who do I contact?

This had crossed my mind too, why do I have the silver and gold icons after getting the gold membership?

There's a "Sticky" in the Main Forum which addresses this unusual behavior, but it's dated sometime last year, and it seems that the "software issue" should have been addressed by now.
It appears to only be happening to people who have recently upgraded to Gold.

The upgrade isn't an automatic process, and it seems to take a couple of days for someone to take care of it.

You're listed as Gold in your profile. To turn off the dual Silver / Gold listing you need to do a change in your profile to uncheck something. Don't remember exactly what, but there is a forum post about it.

wait till you try to go platinum....

it'll reconcile, eventually.

Go to the "USER CP" tab at the top of the page.
On the left side of the page, under the "NETWORKING" header, click on "Group Membership". You will have the option to check or uncheck the Silver and Gold memberships independently.

Click Gold Membership on left hand side.

Switch to show Gold
