What stops people from voting more than once in this poll. I ask this because there is only a fraction of people who play
Straight Pool compared to the amount of people who play and are interested in Ten-Ball.
The reason there are way more Ten-Ball tournaments than Straight pool tournaments is because there are way more
people interested in Ten-Ball.
I find the results in this poll, strange to say the least. I know full well that the people interested in Straight Pool are for lack
of a better word rabid in their love of their game and will probably jump all over me for this. That's okay.
I am just making an observation and as of the time of writing this the poll that Renfro started here on AZ actually has
American Rotation beating out Straight Pool by one vote. Which at this point, I also have to say I'm a little surprised about,
only because American Rotation has been introduced so recently.
I think it is a great game and as I stated in another post I still wonder why in this new poll, seeing how well it was doing in
the original poll (neck and neck with Straight Pool) it was left off as a choice.
I wonder if more of the votes for Straight Pool are coming from inside or outside of this country. For in this country I just don't
see the voting going the way it is. I'm sure a lot of you have been to many Pool rooms, just as I and the percentage of rotation
games being played way - way out numbers the games of Straight Pool you'll see being played. I doubt anyone will argue with
that, so that's why this seems so strange to me.
PS, To all Straight Pool fans please don't injure yourselves getting to your keyboards to crucify me, for my observation. THANKS
