This may be a stupid comment, but i am not a wood expert.
Almost every example ive seen with the name amboyna also has burl included. the eyes and the swirls. The wood in this cue is very straight grained, is the wood also available in a non burl form?
I'm not saying it isnt beautiful was just asking questions.
Reminds me of the old school pernambuco
