I'm glad to say that I've been to Star Billiards in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines and my God, it's like a pool player's theatre of dreams.

46 tables and at least 40 of them are genuine Brunswicks, inc 4 webcam tables that are all GCV's with Simonis 860 TB cloth and SAP balls, on top of that, the place has regular monthly tournaments, free table time for any player who passes their ability test, a very well stocked pro shop, cue retipping service, free on floor cue cleaner and billiard ball cleaners.

I have heard nothing but good things about Star Billiards from many and that when in the Philippines it is a "must go" place.

Could you give us an idea of what the ability test entails please - thanks.
