The M22 breaks like a sledgehammer! All my friends uses it because it breaks the best.
One of my friend (3/22) asked Randy about the ferrule and he said it's goat's horn, very strong material.
The original tip is a Samsara.
I have changed mine (21/22) to a hammerhead.
