1 cue for Christmas

I'd get my Rosewood Black Boar back. Plain 4 pointer, 2 shafts with Ivory. I sold it to a guy from Philly that came to a tournament at the cue corner in Downingtown Pa. He was with the Fusco's. Anyone seen my cue? That Boar, by far had the sweetest hit of anything I ever held. When you hit a ball it made a sound like hitting 2 hammers together. People would hear that and come over to hit a ball with it. I thought every Boar hit like that!...what the hell did I know?...just a dumb kid!.........Gerry

p.s.....finders fee for that cue.....

One and Only

It would be a Joe Gold Consig.[ sp] Love the look of that cue. But my friend Jerry Olivier is building one that would be my second choice. His cues hit great.---Smitty

Mike Karella's Bushka we sold a few years ago.. this cue was 1a in cues we had that I tried. 1B was a Gus Szamboti we had that I sold to Tom G. I ran the only rack I shot with it and had to put it down for fear that the relationship that may follow would mirror that of Christine's.

Joe (---think Stephen King

Real life ...l

These 'I wish upon a cue' threads are nice, but I would consider
them much more relevant if they could apply in real life, as to
what you really could afford, and not what you wish you could.

The "JOSS" cue that Mike Sigel used for so many years to win so many Championships.

Well....my dream came true this morning (halfway). No, it isn't the Joss that Mike actually used..but one of it's twins came up on ebay for a GREAT GREAT price this morning (includes original certificate and a 1989 Joss catalog). Needless to say I "jumped" on it. I'm trying to find out if it is identical..if not it is awful close. I'll post pics in the cue gallery when it arrives.

For me it has to be the Brazilian Rosewood Balabushka with solid gold diamonds inlaid into the forearm and butt sleeve with a stunning brown lizard wrap. Too pretty for words.
