10 ball break

Try moving your bridge hand closer to CB and work on smooth practice strokes before the final one, don't "interrupt" your stroke preparation.
Don't lift your body too much before starting pushing forward (for that you might as well shift a bit your balance backwards compared to the one you are used to) and try applying speed progressively, starting at lower ones.
This will enable you to hit the first ball fuller, releasing your follow through just before the tip of your cue reaches the CB (very important).
You will find that it's not necessary to bend your shaft too if you practice a stable kind of shot, you may even try follow through the same distance each time.
After all it's all about the power we can control, not the one we can produce..
Hope that helps a bit.

Thanks man that helps!... But what do u mean release my follow through? Just not extending it so far after contact?

My thought? Your break motion looked terrific. Obviously looking to copy Shane's motion. You two videos losing the cueball suggest more practice on where to hit the cueball and 1-ball. If you ever watch Shane live, you can see how off it seems he starts his routine prior to hitting the balls. That's a tough thing to do, but pros do some funky things.

Thanks! yes trying that SVB flow! I wish i could see shane live! I think moving my bridge closer to cueball will help!

The "moment of release" is very important, at every shot the cue should be "released", following through the CB just before the tip reaches the CB at the final stroke.
It is a fine detail, a common mistake that is exaggerated at brake shots due to increased speed, the cue is released a one or two inches before tip reaches CB, resulting in tip-CB contact at a different point than the one intended.

I agree about moving closer to the cue ball. You look a little far away. Also You look too elevated. It will not look like much on video but it will feel like a lot. At that angle, you are jumping the cue ball into the rack. That will give you control problems. When you are rising up, it needs to feel like you are dropping the cue way down and level into the break. Like you are throwing the cue under the table.

Again this will feel like a huge difference but on video the butt may only me an inch or so lower.

break looks good. you're striking down on the ball a bit, causing it to pop up in the air. move the bridge hand about 2" forward. when striking and moving, drop the stroke hand lower, till it's a fraction over the table rail. you have to find your power zone, which will dictate how much you move up as you move forward, to engage the chest muscles. you just need to keep your stroking hand lower.

don't dig into the cloth. :) it's just for show. you'll see it in slow mo that you hold the bridge hand down as you stand up, way after contact, which makes you dig in and bend it.

it looks good, otherwise, just minor issues. it's better than my break.

You definitely have something going for you in your form. There are teachers in Golf that get teach you to hit the golf ball hard, then they fine tune you for CONTROL. You've got the first part completed.

Your Cue Ball control is in need of improvement. A wild Cue Ball is like making balls with NO concern for position on the next ball. Scratching, knocking the cue ball off table & no shot on the 1 ball or any ball is a gift to your opponent.

Good Luck...

Thanks theconartist!, Yes it is a Cuetec WCT break cue! I also play with a r360 Lol... Started playing a year and a half ago and followed SVB!

He is a great Player/Person to follow. He is our hometown hero had the pleasure of watching him play a few times, and alot of great stories of when he was a kid playing in leagues.

lookin good!

would it be possible for you to post a video from behind, in line with your cue? a very important part of the svb break is the way he tucks his elbow towards his body on his back swing. its similar to sidearming a baseball. once you can get that motion down, you wont have to swing as hard, resulting in better cb control. also, whatre you doing with your grip?
