10-Ball Ring Game Rules?

What are the rules to this game? Details please.

I know:

No safeties allowed

Foul - Cue Ball behind head string - next player have choice to shoot or pass to previous player?

Foul and made ball - Cue Ball behind head string, respot object ball on spot - next player have choice to shoot or pass to previous?

Lucky safe? - Do you take the cue ball and but it behind head string and go from there?

When you foul, the cue ball stays where its at, incoming player has the option. On a scratch, the cue ball is moved behind the head string with the same incoming player option.

If you scratch and the lowest numbered object ball is also behind the line, then that object ball gets on the spot. Besides that, no safes. People usually flip coins after every 5-7 games to change the rotation.

Lucky safes is part of the game. Slop counts. Fouling and making a ball is just as you mentioned. Thats pretty much it I think...

You do nice work, with one correction to your last line re: "Fouling and making a ball is just as you mentioned". Actually, it's not. You had it right the first time when you said the Cue Ball stays in place on a foul. The Cue Ball does not go behind the Head String, as he said.
