Man, you are CRU-EL!! :p

Aw shucks man, I didn't mean nothing! I really like the little guy. I am even gonna make a point of dropping in on him one day. I am just waiting for the MUD BUTT syndrome to pass. I will put a Morri on his cue for free if he wants.

A pool player should never pay to put a tip on. You should do it youself. Razor blade, sand paper, gel based glue, and patience is all that is required. Takes me about 10 minutes to put a tip on... Maybe I'll shoot an instructional video on how to R&R tips with minimal tools/skill :) A $15 box of LePro's lasts me YEARS (I meany MANY years)

BTW - Retipping skills and cue making skills are greatly overrated, IMO. Most cuemakers think they are uniquely "gifted", when, in fact, wood working is a very basic human skill... Nowadays, most cue makers push buttons anyways and all their minions still think they are "Norm Abrams" lol

There is nothing special about "Norm Abrams" (New Yankee Workshop.) He uses power tools almost exclusivly. Your comparison (no matter how flawed and off base) would have been better had you said "Roy Underhill" (The Woodwright's Shop) everything he does is by hand, with hand tools. Even his wood lathe is powered by a foot pedal.
