Just passing by, Shopping for a new black string wrap, I found an eBay string shop.
I'm pretty sure this is what I want, spools are 25 metre and 100 metre length's.
100% cotton, waxed, 0.5mm, 1mm & 2mm thickness. More colors than I could count.

I don't believe that this would be suitable. The mtrl. that we use, Irish linen, is .025" (.625 mm) and is not waxed. I gotta think that the wax would interfere with the glue that is used to adhere the cordage to the wrap handle. There's no one saying you can't try it though.

I agree with KJ I think the linen if waxed would not adhear. Your always welcome to try and please post you results just something I would not waste my time buying though.
