10ball match buffering a lot

it's so bad now I'm ready to turn it off and ask for my money back. I had no problems watching the US Open this way.

Glad to know I azm not the only one. I am trying to be optimistic that this is first day technical problems.
 
Yes, but the thing is they have been doing this for a while now, plus the 10 ball ring game is primarily why I bought the coverage, I hope it gets sorted at some point tonight.

Like I said in threat in main forum, not only is it coming in bad I get sound way too low to hear anything, anyone else?
Also started an hour or more late and no Alex Pagaulyan or Tony Chohan who I really wanted to see. Oh well
 
I'm not getting anything at the moment. I did send them an email through a form on the bcn website. At some point I'm going to give up.
 
I can tell they are working on the stream speed. Was 350, now its 225. So they are working on it. I have faith!

My current speed is:
Download Speed: 14191 kbps
Upload Speed: 3094 kbps

You should do the same.
Sorry, but they had a YEAR to get their act together
Last year was barely acceptable, and the US Open was OK, but this is real bad.

I have a 3mbps fast connection and I'm having buffering problems too, looks like its on their end. It also just cut off completely. I hope they are fixing it and bringing it back up soon.

I have cable modem and I lost connection all together. The ring game is what I really wanted to watch. This is unnacceptable.
