10ball match buffering a lot

I am on a T-1, and it is buffering !!!!!
Now my screen is black--(no video)
I just send a request for my money back
You should do the same.
Sorry, but they had a YEAR to get their act together
Last year was barely acceptable, and the US Open was OK, but this is real bad.

My 2 cents
Thanks

You have to realize that each event is like a "New Event". Connections vary, Amount of users vary, and technology vary's. Having a year does nothing if you think about it.

Now its playing at 350 k and its great.

mine just came back up and is also playing at 350k, but this has been disappointing to say the least. We are about 1 hour in and I have no idea who is doing what.

for now

its working fine right now...the volume is not an issue for me. I dont want to listen to Diliberto anyway.

Everytime BCN broadcasts anything, this happens. I purchased their us open, against my better judgement, after reading negative posts saying the same thing. I said i would never buy their product again...

I would have loved to purchase this event. But BCN failed to respond to questions previous buyers had. Now we know why...

Maybe next year somebody else will get the broadcast deal so we can all enjoy it....

That's a fine answer. Here's mine: And bank accounts vary !!
Credit my Discover card.

I personally attend the Derby, The Open, and The Glass. Front row !!
I will be in Louisville in a few days.
I have supported your webcasts, and never have been happy with the performance of the live coverage. Should you, correct your problems of server capacity, user demand, head-in, connection speeds, and numerous other problems IN ADVANCE of an event you are charging for--I believe so.

But hey, I am just a paying customer. Why help, when you can make a vague excuse. That's OK, the principle is, you should get what you pay for.
Hope you do the right thing and return my money.
Then you can do whatever you want in the future with your other customers.:D
Thanks

I'm crossing my fingers. It has been running well enough for about 15 minutes now

just started buffering like crazy again. At least Johnny is starting to play well

To all the viewers that are watching or to those who have subscribed to the Derby City Live broadcast:

Initially, we thank you for watching and participating in the online broadcast. We apologize for the initial issues. We know what the problems are and we're fixing them. There are a few settings on a server and within our encoder profile that need to change. But these changes will have to be made after the 10-Ball Ring Game. At this time, the stream is working well. We'll continue to keep the fingers crossed.

As much as we plan to get it right, there always seems to be technical problems in the beginning. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. Technology is a wonderful thing, but it really sucks when it doesn't work right and then it becomes frustrating.

This is just the first day of a long week of pool. We assure you, when it's all said and done, you'll be happy that you participated.

Thanks again for watching.
