T.V. is ruining the sport with only 9 ball competitions.The ad execs figure our attention span is about 4 minutes or less.Thats why you only see 9 ball and players not breaking when they win a rack.They think its more exciting for us.I would like to see some straight pool, with 25 or 50 ball runs.The mental capacity to running 50 balls at a time is extremely hard.Maybe we can start the cable pool network and have a little bit of everything.If fishing and bowling can get major dollars from sponsors I would think pool could also.
