I designed this sheet to track my progress and it keeps me focused on my game because I am constantly playing to beat my record run and average run. I also document my average every 5 practice sheets and staple the 5 sheets together. This is a great way to watch yourself improve.

I track my run intervals with vertical and horizontal lines and then highlighting them, vertical lines with one color and horizontal lines with another color. Each time I miss I place a dot under the last box of the run. Once i shoot in the 150th ball I continue to run until I miss. Then I simply do the math and fill out the information on the sheet.
This will help you stay focused on your game every time you play.
