When racking your own with no referee, the 15th ball is accidently picked up what is the call?

It's better to have the seated player rack. The shooter can take care of the score.
In general, a player is not charged with what would normally be a foul when acting as the referee. Just put the ball back.
Another example would be with the break ball close to the rack and the racker touches it when lifting the rack.
