Here are some stats from the 2024 International 14.1 Straight Pool Open played November 23-26 at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort in St. Augustine, Florida. Pay-per-view live streaming was provided by Accu-Stats. Mario He won the event, defeating Max Lechner in the final match.
This was a 42-player event. Stage 1 was round-robin play in 7 groups of 6 players, each playing 5 matches. The top 2 from each group, plus the 2 players with the next-best records, progressed to Stage 2 -- 16-players in single-elimination. These stats are for all of the matches that were streamed on the feature table, which numbered only 6 matches this year. The first 3 matches was played on Monday, November 25 and the last three on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The first 2 matches were from the group stage. The other 4 matches were from the single-elimination stage. The round-robin matches were to 125 points; the single-elimination matches were to 150 points.
