Since most posters here agree that 9-ball is an easy pool game with so much luck factor involve, do you think a 15 Ball Rotation tournament would showcase the real talents in pool?

Are you talking pros or amatuers? I have never run a rack of rotation, yet I have won (Probably) more that 100 tournaments. Too many balls on the table!
With pros, you might make it quick w/ editing, but then you'd miss out on so many of the subtleties of pro pool.
