$150 if you can get my FB account fixed...

That's a second one I had a few years ago by accident. The one that's attached to my personal account is below. Yes I did provide all of the info and more.

Because your original one(the one that is up and running) was verified. I suggest you unverified or removed the original one. Then send in your details again then Facebook will respond faster. Because they think your making a duplicate or fake page of the original Billiard Bill.

They were both verified blue star but one I actually think a customer made.

I just really need at the least my personal page back, if I get access back they both work, that's the key. If you tried to find me you get a page that has nothing and you can't even click into it. It's just locked and until whenever the hell they decide to unlock it nothing will happen I guess.

I've recent spoken to a few people with the same issue and apparently it can take days or months.

Create a new FB page with your name and middle initial.

Yeah, just create a new facebook account. All you need is a new email, and maybe a new IP address. In order to get a new IP address, you just need to get a new cable modem. Go to Walmart, and buy a cable modem, and then call your IP (like Time Warner Cable for example) and tell them that you would like to switch cable modems. Then after maybe a day, you could switch back to your old cable modem, and return the one your purchased at Walmart. Then you will have a brand new (never used) IP address.

This happened to me and I had to beg them not to delete my personal account. You have to really be careful about running your business off a personal account. It's part of why I mix it up and post a lot of personal stuff.

Keep emailing them at whatever addresses you can find. Now, IF they look at your account and determine that 99% of your content is business related you might be SOL. Luckily my personal account had contained an acceptable amount of personal stuff so they let me keep it.

Otherwise, I really don't have an answer. FB is unfortunately a necessary evil to communicate these days. I hate having so much content wrapped up on a third party site but it's not avoidable now. And it will only get worse as people literally use only a few sites on the internet rather than the whole internet.

Pester pester pester and beg. Wish I had a better answer.
