It's always nice to do things for other people. Giving is one of those things that (should) make people happiest. I can't say I'm completely self-less though, but I try!
That said, I try not to give up anything on the pool table!
Man, I lost 9-7 to Senior! I should have dug in a little more and I would have won the whole open (not likely though)!
Still, the best story of the tournament is definitely Shayla's great win! I'm really happy for her! I bought her husband Corey in the men's tournament... guess I bet on the wrong horse! Many congrats to Shayla!

I just wanted to congratulate my gf Courtney for a well played tournament. This is the second time in three tries to place 2nd in the Houston Open. Not bad for a girl who has been playing pool for less than 5 years. I myself, am back to the drawing board.
