I have an above average photocopy of the 1908 Joe Hood book on trick and fancy shots. If you are into artistic pool or billiards, this book is sort of the godfather of them all. There are lots of cool shots that are not commonly played today. Anyway, I acquired a couple original books. So if someone would be interested in this one copy I will be happy to send it. The first person to PM me the answer to this question gets the copy:

According to Fensch, who were the two headliner players to miss the 1968 Johnston City tournaments? If nobody gets it by the end of tomorrow I will send it to the first person who answered anyway.
