Beautiful dark rosewood into straight-grain maple. I bought it for personal use, not a collection, but it is too thick for my liking. I’m sure it’s worth more to a collector rather than me sticking more money into it by having it turned down and refinished so I would rather sell it. Shaft has a wobble, butt is straight.

This was purchased from a gentleman from Brooklyn who had bought it from a family from Bay Ridge Brooklyn whose father had passed years ago. Balabushka was from Bay Ridge, but, Pete Tascarella told me from what he saw it does not look like it was converted by George. Either way, I thought it was very cool that this cue came from George’s neighborhood
