1963 Anniversary Rebuild

Hey guys... It looks like my little situation isn't going to go away for awhile so I am not going to have time to mess with this thing.. :(. I really wanted to restore it as well.

First 1500 takes it. It needs love, but the right guy could make it tip top if they were willing to put in the time. 949-678-9369 for questions and more detailed pics.. :(

Damn, I just found this thread and was excited to follow it as I had picked up an Anniversary a while back and have been very slowly restoring it. Maybe you can hang on to it and pick up where you left off in a few months? I know for myself, my table sits for weeks and weeks before I find a little time to work on it. At this rate it will take me a couple years but I hope it will be worth it.

Flat Steel Springs

You can make those steel springs out of a scrap piece of pallet banding if you dont want to order one. Its pretty easy.

Nice find for the $$

That sucks you have to sell your great find:confused: I enjoyed watching your progress. I'm guessing the wife found her dirty pot in your garage:eek: Good luck with your sale and situation

Can you show the knob on the stove top so I don't burn my counters? Just Kidding, Enjoy the process. I look forward to seeing pics when its done.
