It is an Adam case that has had some work done to it. the shell is an Adam, the interior looks customized and the latch has been replaced with a two tine Felini style. the original interiors are very thin and tend to come loose or tear and the original latch was aluminum with a single tine.
Both points where those ones had issues have been addressed either from want or from need.
I would say with the upper side of the latch being put on a bit crooked the aesthetics of that may detract from the value, But it should be
in the $150. range. If the interior job is well done? (I cant tell for sure from the pics) a bit more maybe. If the latch can be adjusted to fit evenly with the lower side it would add some appeal attracting more buyers while adding some value as well.
