Listing this collectible item here on AZ for a friend who is considering selling off a few cues from his collection.

This cue was acquired directly from David at a pool tournament down in Port Angeles, WA back in 1979~1980.

It's a plain merrywidow style cue with the original finish and wrap; Micarta joint with a 3/8-11 brass pin; and, comes with four DPK shafts (all have matching Micarta, brown and black phenolic with maple stitching joint rings).

Questions....

^^^ ditto. box cleared.

PLEASE SEND ME A PM

Looking for more offers on this cue.

The cue rolls really well with a very slight variance detected on the forearm near the joint; with a shaft attached the cue appears to roll straight ~ plays solid.

For inquiring minds....here's the specs ~ butt weighs 17 oz at 28 3/8", #1 shaft is 4.1 oz at 29 1/4" (12.6mm); #2 shaft is 3.7 oz at 28 15/16" (12.6mm); #3 shaft [broken ferrule repair or ??? gone bad] is 3.4 oz at 28 1/8"; (12.8mm); #4 shaft [is forming a split] is 3.7 oz at 29 1/4" (13mm); cue balances at approx. 18" from the buttend with shaft #1.

Basically, you have two playable shafts and two shafts offering original ringwork for you to salvage for making new replacement shafts!?

The buttcap does show some signs of wear and use at the edges (it's 30 years old); can easily be remedied if you choose to have it refinished.

Happy Easter Folks ;)
