This is an awesome Cue from cuemaker Bill Stroud. This is a eight point cue, 4 high, and 4 low ebony points. This cue was made December 1992, and is cue # 1225 marked on the insde of the butt cap. Cue has a piloted steel 5/16 14 joint. The butt is highly figured stained bem. Wt is 15.4 oz by my scale and 29 inches long. Shaft # 1 wt is 3.9 oz, 12.9 mm, and 29 inches. Shaft # 2 wt is 4.0 oz, 12.9mm, and is 29 inches. Total length is 58 inches in length. There are over 70 pieces of ivory in this cue, as well as an ivory butt cap. This monster cue has been lightly played, plays very well, and should be used often. Cue is straight together, and apart. I can do $ no longer available, SOLD

That's one of the most beautiful JW's that I have ever seen. I bet it plays better than it looks though! Good luck with your sale sir!

Thanks for the kind words. You are correct, the cue plays awesome. The reason for the sale is because I'm not using this cue beause i'm playing with a Gus Szamboti.

I just received a nice pm from ibuycues (Will Prout) saying that he had owned this cue and it was his playing cue for about a year. Thanks again for your information on this great cue. Regards, Jim

Jim,

This cue proved to be a great playing cue, and I enjoyed it for a long time. It looks super, is very unique in design (likely the only one like it), and the cork wrap made it feel really, really great at the table.

Good luck with the sale.
