sloppy play by both sides follows until Ko1 hits the 5 on a kick but leaves it open
West runs out for 4-0 lead

Ko2 breaks wet
Reyes misses an easy 1-ball to the side
SVB makes a long 1-ball but gets hooked for the 2
Darren jumps the CB off the table
East runs out

Appleton broke dry
Reyes pushed, making the 5
Ouschan played safe on the 1, but left an easy shot
The East ran out

4-2 West
 
Game 7 -- the East ran out (not without some difficulties) after a poor safety on the 3-ball by Immonen

4-3 West
 
Game 8

bungles on both sides, with the final one being a thin-cut miss on the 9-ball by Immonen (from poor position). East takes it to go to hill/hill.

Reyes will break the decider.

This is probably the most thrilling match so far

Incredible misses and errors by West
Mika miss the 9 and East runs out for 4-4 hill hill
East should have played this way in earlier 3x3 and 4x4 matches

Another "complicated" game won by the East to win the match 5-4 and take the Cup score to 9-7 West.

SVB safe on the 1
Ko1 hit the 1 but left it open
Ouschan nipped the 3 after making the 2 and Immonen had to play safe on the 3
Busta plalyed safe on the 3 but left a long shot
SVB made the 3 but left a l-o-n-g 4
Appleton missed the 4
Ko2 made the 4
Reyes safe on the 5
Ouschan missed the 5 on a jump
the East ran out after a nice, thin cut on the 5 by Ko1

Incredible comeback by East to win 5-4 in the 4x4 match after being down 0-4. What a clutch performance
